Nos adentramos en la autoestima, ese espejo interno que refleja cómo nos vemos y nos valoramos. Aprende cómo se entrelaza la autopercepción, los ideales, y tu juez interno, para lograr fortalecerla.
I'm reading this in English and it really helped me understand self-esteem more clearly.
I really liked this definition: The mental stability or instability of each individual depends on the distance between his self-image and his ideals, and the severity of self-criticism.
Now I have 3 actionable variables that can be adjusted instead of struggling with a vague and undefined concept called self esteem.
I’m glad you found the definition useful (it really does break things down into more manageable parts, doesn’t it?). Originally, it´s freudian psychoanalytic ideas about Super-Ego, but I like to "translate" them to understandable concepts.
Understanding self-esteem through the lens of self-image, ideals, and self-criticism can definitely make it easier to work on each component rather than grappling with an abstract idea.
I hope these insights serve you well on your journey ;) If you want to dive deeper into any of these topics, feel free to reach out. Keep up the great work on yourself!
Thanks for the great work.
